In these circumstances, we will substitute items of equal or greater value in all cases. We reserve the right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value. For example, if a particular type of pasta is backordered such as Spaghetti, we will substitute if with a closely related item at a higher value such as Fettuccine. Doing this, will ensure that your order will be delivered on a timely basis.

Great News! We Deliver Gift Baskets on Saturdays and Sundays in Toronto & the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)! We even offer Same Day Service on Saturdays and Sundays. Just place the order by 11 am and we will deliver your Gift Basket the same day!
If the delivery is for outside of the Toronto Area and you want a weekend delivery,.we will request this from our courier. We will schedule delivery to arrive on or before the weekend. If we suspect the gift will arrive early, we will post a note on the gift that reads: "Do Not Open Until ........" so that the gift can still be a surprise!
