The basket I ordered was beautiful. The fruit was fresh and packaged nicely and the cookies were freshly baked. I had difficulty tracking the delivery on the specified day and I could not reach anyone by phone. I left a message and I was notified by email 2 days after my delivery date with a response “your order was delivered”. Thankfully, my order was not time sensitive so the late delivery was ok, however it would have been nice to speak to someone.
Process was simple, delivered quickly, and recipient was very happy with it.
