We are pleased to offer Free Gift Basket Delivery Services in Canada and Same Day Gift Basket Delivery in Toronto & the GTA ("Greater Toronto Area").
Your Gift Basket Delivery will be delivered by experienced delivery service providers at No Charge — Locally and Across Canada! To qualify for Free Delivery in Canada a minimum purchase of $100 (before taxes) is required per delivery location.
We process all orders within 1 to 3 hours of receipt of payment during normal business hours unless otherwise requested.
Our Online Ordering System is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. All orders will be processed from 9 am to 6 pm — 7 days a week. We Deliver Gift Baskets on Saturdays and Sundays in Toronto & the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)! We even offer Same Day Service on Saturdays and Sundays. Just place the order by 11 am and we will deliver your Gift Basket the same day!
If the delivery is for outside of the Toronto Area and you want a weekend delivery,.we will request this from our courier. We will schedule delivery to arrive on or before the weekend. If we suspect the gift will arrive early, we will post a note on the gift that reads: "Do Not Open Until ........" so that the gift can still be a surprise!
We offer four types of Gift Basket Delivery Services and processing: Rush Delivery, Same Day Delivery, Overnight Delivery, and Standard Ground Delivery.
Our delivery and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to the recipient, and covering related overhead. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse facility. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

We offer Same Day Delivery of Gift Baskets to Toronto, the GTA & Surrounding area as long as we receive your order by 11 a.m. If your order is received after 11 a.m. and you wish same day delivery, we can still make the delivery on a rush basis.

Overnight Gift Basket Delivery Services - To Most of Canada
Overnight services are available to most Canadian locations. Overnight Deliveries to most Ontario cities, including Toronto, Ottawa, London, Guelph, Kingston, Hamilton, and Kitchener/Waterloo is $6.99 if the order is over $100 (per delivery location) and is placed by 1 pm. Additional fees apply to Overnight deliveries to most other locations in Canada. Note: Overnight and next day services to Ottawa, London, Guelph, Kingston, Hamilton and Kitchener/Waterloo are for overnight/next day deliveries based on the business week (Monday to Friday). So, for example, if we receive an order to be shipping to Ottawa at noon on a Friday in will arrive on a Monday (statutory holidays excepted). If we receive that same order at 3pm (ie after our 1 pm cuttoff) or during the weekend, it will ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday! All times are Eastern Standard Time.

Gift Basket Delivery by Regular Ground Service
As mentioned above, Regular Ground Service Deliveries are free on all orders over $100 (per delivery location) to locations in Canada. The fee for Ground Services to locations within Canada for orders under $100 is $15.00 to $14.99 plus applicable taxes.
Our Gifts and Gift Baskets will be delivered with a delivery fee based on the drop down price you choose when you checkout. This may be later than the time you requested when you chose the basket.
All items are delivered to locations in Canada via our our own drivers (Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area), Purolator, FEDEX, UPS, CANPAR or Canada Post.
We ship most US orders to arrive via UPS, USPS, CANPAR or FEDEX in 2-9 business days using ground services. Custom orders to the U.S.will arrive in 3-9 days in most metropolitan areas. Orders are shipped to the USA from Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. Express/Rush Gift Basket Services are available to the USA.

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) has issued Toronto Gourmet Gift Basket Delivery Service a licence to deliver beer, liquor, wine, and champagne on behalf of Hazelton's.
All of drivers are “Smart-Serve” certified – and we take this seriously! We will ensure that anyone who receives a gift basket from Toronto Gourmet Gift Basket Delivery Service is legally able to receive alcohol. Only persons of legal drinking age can order from our website. Alcohol purchased should be for the personal consumption of the gift recipient and not for resale. If a gift recipient looks less than 25 years of age, we will require proof of age and a signature certifying that they are of age to purchase/receive alcohol.
Hazelton’s and Toronto Gift Basket Delivery Service will comply with the rules and regulations as set out by the AGCO relating to this Liquor Delivery Service License.
All wine, champagne, beer and liquor baskets sold by Hazelton’s or Toronto Gift Basket Delivery Service with a value over $100 includes a $15 delivery charge. So far example, if the total price paid by a customer for a custom liquor basket before tax is $150, the price is $135 + $15 for deliver for a total of $150.00 plus taxes. The AGCO requires us to charge a minimum delivery charge on all liquor orders.
For Toronto Area Deliveries - If no one is at home when our drivers attempt delivery, our drivers will call the gift recipient to see where they can safely leave the gift basket. If the driver cannot reach the gift recipient, the driver will leave the package at a safe place without obtaining a signature. If the gift cannot be left safely and no one can accept the delivery, re-delivery will be necessary. A re-delivery charge may be required at an additional charge (typically $15-$40). We will try to avoid the re-delivery but will not leave a gift in an unsafe place. We will arrange the re-delivery at the earliest possible time - often later in the day. The re-delivery charge will be charged to your VISA or Mastercard. If you have paid for your order by PayPal, we will not do the re-delivery until we have received the re-delivery fees.
For Deliveries Outside of the Toronto Area: For shipments by common carrier (e.g. Canada Post, UPS and FedEx), the courier will not attempt to contact the gift recipient if no one is at home when the gift arrives. Common carriers never call gift recipients. Instead they will leave the package at the front door if they feel it is safe to do so. If they do not feel it is safe to leave it at the front door, they will leave a notice indicating where the gift can be picked up by the gift recipient (e.g. at the post office.) Redeliver will not be attempted. If the package is not picked up in the following 10 days, if will be returned to Hazelton's.
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Fresh Cheese and Fresh Fruit are perishable and, therefore, must be shipped quickly.
For this reason, we highly recommend customers request to have Fresh Fruit, Fresh Cheese & Chocolate Dipped Strawberries to be shipped on a rush, same day or next day basis only. Same day service is free in the GTA and some surrounding cities in many cases -- see above.
If a customer does not choose same-day or rush service for a strawberry order, we will substitute the fresh strawberries with truffles or strawberries made of dark or milk chocolate so they arrive in good condition. During the hot summer months - June to August - we recommend rush or same day service only for Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. For orders that request fresh cheese, we will substitute non-perishable cheese if the expected delivery times are more than 24 hours.
If a customer requests delivery of fruit, fresh cheese or or chocolate dipped strawberries by ground shipping, we cannot guarantee freshness or the quality of these items when they are received and will not refund customers if items have melted or the items are received in less than perfect condition.
In some cases, some of the items that we ship are oversized or of a weight that is above average. In these cases, additional delivery charges may apply. However, before we apply these additional shipping charges, we will contact you, our customer, to ensure that you are willing to pay the additional shipping charges. If you agree to the overweight/oversized charges, we will apply the charges and ship the package. If you do not agree to the additional shipping charges, we may offer other items which can be shipped or cancel the order.
What international countries can I ship to?
We ship all over the world! However, the costs can be very high. The average package will cost over $120 to ship to Europe and take 5 weeks. It can cost even more to ship to Asia or Africa. If you would like to ship to a country other than Canada or the United States, give us a call and we will give you a cost estimate!
