Delivery Timing

I was happy with the service, selection and ease of purchase. However, the online purchase form specifically asked for the date of delivery, which I filled out. This was important to me as the delivery was to a hotel and I wanted the gift basket to arrive on the day the guest was checking into the hotel. Unfortunately, the basket was very efficiently shipped the next day (after my order) and arrived two days later, but four days before the guest arrived at the hotel. I had to make a couple of calls to the hotel so that they knew who the package was for and to make sure it didn't get lost in the interim.
So, my only complaint is that; it would have been nice if it was made clear that the package would ship ASAP and arrive on or before the "desired" delivery date. From my perspective they were going to ship the package to arrive on the delivery date.
I would use them again.
