Australia to Canada

Once again Hazelton has outdone our expectations. Our Tuscany basket ordered from Australia was delivered in Toronto on time and we even followed Marla delivering it in the city via google map. Well done. Viviane

Some good, some bad

we actually purchased a total of 3 Hazelton's gift baskets. 2 went to Vancouver and one went to Barrie. Two of the three were excellent and the products enjoyed by the recipients. Unfortunately one of the Vancouver deliveries was ruined by UPS and when it arrived it was destroyed, with olive oil and other liquids leaking all over the cardboard container. And the wooden box inside was also destroyed. So while it does not appear to be Hazelton's fault, we are still awaiting the results of a claim. Our daughter so far has nothing to show for the gift basket we sent to her on December 22.
