Volume Discount - All orders with a merchandise total of $750 or more automatically qualify for our volume discount starting at 5%. Discounts are calculated on total merchandise excluding tax, shipping and handling charges, on a per-order basis. Not eligible on gift certificates, customization fees or sale items. Each order is thoroughly reviewed and we are available throughout the order process to answer any questions and make recommendations.
Simply download our Corporate Gifts Order Form (See Above), fill in your recipient’s information, gift choice and personalized message and email it to us at Orders@HAZELTONS.ca. An email confirmation will be sent to you within 24 business hours to let you know your order is being personally processed by our team.
A quote will then be generated for your review including customization and handling charges, and shipping costs. All volume discounts will also be applied. After approval of the quote, payment can be made over the phone or we will send you an invoice electronicaly. We accept credit cards and PayPal. HAZELTON'S offers a monthly buying program for those businesses or individuals who regularly send gifts as a thank you or to show appreciation. Click "Check Rewards" on the bottom, left of your computer screen for detailed information on the HAZELTON's Reward Program. This program offers a pre-determined discount to those participating customers and the option of including a custom insert or business card with each gift. If provided, there is no fee for the inclusion of a custom insert. If you would like us to design and print a custom insert, there is a $50 handling fee for this service. We can keep these inserts on hand for use year-round and we can include them with each order you place.

How do I send to multiple recipients?
Our Corporate Gifts Order Form allows you to send to as many recipients as you like. Simply fill in each name, address, gift selection and personal greeting, and we can process will take care of the rest.
Can I include a gift message?
A custom gift card is included with every HAZELTON'S gift. Our Corporate Gifts Order Form includes a place for a personalized gift card message for each recipient.
How is shipping calculated?
HAZELTON'S shipping rates are shown when you check out online or you can call Customer Service at 416-837-8811 for an estimate.

Orders can be placed by chat, online or by phone.

How is Sales Tax calculated on my order?
Sales tax is applied on items shipping within Canada and the United States where we are registered to collect sales tax.
